El Dorado Men's Golf Club Web Site

- This Web Site is provided as a service to The El Dorado Men's Golf Club (known as
the Club) members.
- The Club may collect email
addresses of Club members that opt-in for email notification. Members
may opt-in by clicking a link on the Site and sending the email.
- The information collected is limited to a member's name and their
associated email address.
- Occasionally, postings submitted by Club Directors or other
authorized members may include member's phone numbers. They are included as a
convenience for the membership only. If a member would not like their phone
number posted, inform the submitter (listed on the relevant web page) or the Club
Webmaster via email.
- The Club only uses the email information collected as a service to its
members and as a means to distribute information of interest to Club
members.
- The information is collected and maintained by the Club Webmaster
and the Club Secretary.
It may be shared with Club Directors or other Club members authorized by the
Club President. The information is not shared with any 3rd party organization.
- Members may have their information removed from the Club distribution list
by informing
the Club Webmaster via email or the
Club Secretary.
- The Electronic Newsletter is distributed to members that
opt-in when joining the Club or renewing membership. Members are
responsible for informing the
Club Secretary if they
wish to changed their Newsletter delivery or change their email address.
Members may be removed from Distribution without notice if chronic errors
occur when sending email.
- The information is stored on secure computers under the control of the
Club Webmaster and the Web Hosting provider
only. The information is not available to outside
agencies in any form.
If members have questions or concerns regarding this statement, they should
contact the Club President or the
Club
Webmaster.
